How to Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your BODYMAX account and all associated personal data using one of the following methods:
Method A — In-App Deletion
- Open the BODYMAX app on your device
- Navigate to Settings → Account
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm deletion when prompted
Method B — Email Request
Send a deletion request to:
support@bodymax.fit
Important: Please send your request from the email address registered with your BODYMAX account. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.
Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:
- Account profile information (name, age, gender, fitness level)
- Email address and authentication credentials
- Workout history and exercise logs
- Training state and AI personalization data
- Coach chat history and conversations
- User preferences and app settings
Data Retention Policy
- Personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of your deletion request.
- Some anonymized, non-identifiable analytics data may be retained temporarily for security monitoring, fraud prevention, and service improvement purposes.
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
- Backup systems may retain encrypted copies for up to 90 days before complete purging.
